Manual Bend Testing Device
The MBT 410 portable bend testing device was designed to perform a test of welded samples for quick evaluation.
The unit measures the travel distance according to DVS 2203-1; required bending way for welded joints. Save unnecessary expenses by pre-qualifying your operators and equipment in house prior to sending samples for official testing. Ideal for performance evaluation of hot air, hot air extrusion and heated element butt welded samples.
Solidly built design in accordance with DVS 2203-5, Technological Bend Test. The MBT 410 can be used to assess the performance of welds made of PP, PE, PVDF and PVC. It is suitable for material thicknesses from 4mm to 10 mm (5/32” - 3/8”).
It is supplied with shipping case, table clamp and ratchet.
